Mentoring

As a mentor, Lauren supports children and teens in their academic, social and personal development. Through informal coaching and activities, often taking place alongside more structured tuition, Lauren acts as a role model and advisor for students struggling with problems at school, difficulties with their studies or uncertainties about the future.

Mentoring is a wide-ranging role, which can encompass instilling good study habits, advising on subject and school choices, liaising with counsellors and spending time with the student and their family.

Your support was extremely important. You were not only a teacher but also a person who transformed our daughter’s feelings and prejudices about herself, which is the most precious thing you can do for a child. I cannot thank you enough.
